RETURNS POLICY

Items ordered at Rangoli are based on the measurements provided by you, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made orders unless the item is defective. Please note before dispatching any item we keep an image for our records.

In the case of receiving a defective item, you must provide us a written record for the reason of return within 48 hours by emailing us on info@rangolilondon.com, in which case we will investigate into. There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.

Rangoli will not exchange or accept returns to any items that have been used, have any stains, emit body odours or perfume scents.

There is a strict No refund No exchange policy on accessories due to hygiene reasons.

ONLINE DESCRIPTIONS

Rangoli make every effort to ensure that product descriptions are as accurate as possible. Rangoli cannot accept responsibilty for slight variances in colour as the actual colours you see on screen will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used.

COLOUR

Whilst we endeavour to accurately reproduce colours, there may be a slight variation in colour due to the nature of natural dyeing of fabrics. Our every effort will be to meet and exceed your expectations.

ORDER CHANGES

At Rangoli each outfit is individually created to your measurments. To ensure customer satisfaction, all orders are held for 48 hours before being processed to allow for any design changes or alterations. Please bear in mind any changes in design may alter the original price.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time. Our sales team will endeavour to contact you should there be such a situation to suggest alternatives in line with what was originally ordered.

GARMENT CARE

Please be advised that minor irregularities and variations in weave are hereditary on hand embroidered garments and cannot be considered defects but are a part of the natural character of the fabric.
All embroidered garments are prone to damage when mishandled, used excessively or sprayed with perfume. Please avoid storing garment under direct sunlight, there exists a danger of fading.

If you notice any loose threads in the embroidery after worn do not pull it out but simply use scissors to cut it off neatly.

All SONAS outfits must be dry cleaned. Dry Cleaning must be carried out only by competent professionals.
